At the heart of Prod. is our profound appreciation for Thai culinary heritage, seafood, and local resources. We believe that some of the most intriguing discoveries are right under our noses. Our goal is to challenge both ourselves and our diners to see familiar things in a new light – from presenting Thai comfort food dishes with daring culinary techniques to our Fin-to-Scale experimentation.

Prod. engages with local ingredients and Thai cultural heritage through a resourceful passion - making the most of what’s available through inventive and creative methods.
